ENGAGE is Victory Baptist School’s hybrid homeschool program — designed for families who want the structure and accountability of a Christian school environment while maintaining the flexibility of home education. This year, ENGAGE is stronger than ever. Through the leadership of our dedicated administrative team and the faithfulness of God’s provision, we’ve made significant improvements to better serve our students academically, spiritually, and socially.
What’s New This Year
A True Two-Day Program
All ENGAGE students attend on-campus Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:10 AM – 3:10 PM (option to choose only 1 day as well). Tuesdays include Bible and Chapel for all students. Students enrolled in core academic classes also attend on Thursdays, giving them consistent classroom time, peer interaction, and accountability.
Your Path to a High School Diploma
ENGAGE now offers every course for an accredited high school diploma — right here through Victory Baptist School! There’s no need to piece together credits from multiple sources. Your student can complete their full high school journey with us.
Personalized Graduation Planning
Every ENGAGE family will meet one-on-one with our Academic Programs Director to build a customized graduation plan. This meeting is the starting point for mapping out your student’s coursework, goals, and timeline — and is where enrollment options and class selections will be reviewed together.
Dual Enrollment Through Truett McConnell University
Qualified students now have the opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school through our dual enrollment partnership with Truett McConnell University. This is a tremendous opportunity for students to get a head start on their college education.
Integrated Classroom Experience
ENGAGE students are now integrated into our traditional five-day classes for most courses, taught by VBS’s certified classroom teachers. This means richer discussions, stronger peer collaboration, and greater academic accountability — all while maintaining the schedule flexibility that makes ENGAGE unique.
Multiple Enrollment Options
We understand that every family’s needs are different. That’s why ENGAGE now offers multiple enrollment tiers, allowing you to select the option that best fits your educational goals and weekly schedule. Full details are available upon request.
Our Team
Mrs. Lauren Hinson — Middle School Administrator and Director of Academic Programs for the entire school, including ENGAGE. Lauren personally meets with every ENGAGE family to develop individualized graduation plans and ensure each student is on the right track.
